By downloading CBA data through this link, member acknowledges that they have signed a valid "Download Agreement" with CBA, and agree that all CBA's current Rules, Bylaws and Policies pertaining to the use of CBA's information, apply to such information, even though it may be processed by Member. Member agrees that CBA's database can be used only to republish CBA's database on no more than two internet sites controlled by Member and advertised as Member's Internet site. Member also agrees that by downloading this data that all licensees and licensed assistants who are licensed to the member and engaged primarily in the sale and/or leasing of commercial real property or business opportunities are members in good standing with CBA.
