BROKERAGE FIRMS

For real estate firms and branches recognized by the Department of Licensing.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid UBI number. Branches must share the same UBI number as the main firm.
• Submit:
  • Firm/Branch Application
  • Broker Roster Form for each Participating Broker affiliated with your brokerage.

PARTICIPATING BROKERS

For licensed real estate salespeople or brokers affiliated with a member firm or branch.

Requirements:

• Must have an active real estate license that matches the member firm/branch address.
• Submit:
  • Broker Roster Form signed by the Designated/Managing Broker.
  • NOTE:  Assistants (both licensed and non-licensed) who are NOT commercial practitioners and any other non-licensed, non-practicing employees of your brokerage are NOT charged membership dues.

For professionals actively engaged in commercial real estate appraisal.
