Paul Sleeth

Experience

Paul has been a commercial real estate agent for over twenty-five years, specializing in retail property investments. This experience has enabled him to be one of Colliers International Top 25 Producers in the United States every year since 1999, achieving over $1.4 billion in investment sales. In addition to being an advisory board director for Colliers International, Paul also is a past President of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR), and currently sits on the board of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA). He is also very active with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Prior to his employment with Colliers, Paul worked with both Leibsohn & Company and James S. Black & Company as a retail investment and leasing specialist.
