Jacob Odegard

Jacob specializes in brokering multi-family assets in the greater Puget Sound Region. His favorite thing about working in real estate is the strong relationships that form organically when successful business is accomplished together.

Jacob understands that the world and economy are constantly changing and aspires to stay on top of the latest trends/market patterns to give his clients a cutting edge against the competition. He is constantly reading the news, checking recent closings, and looking for ways to adapt.

At Paragon, Jacob received the promotion of Senior Associate and then Senior Investment Advisor quicker than any agent in the company’s history. He was Paragon’s top-performing agent in 2019 and is consistently a top performer in the industry.

Jacob is a proud alumnus of the University of Washington. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, learning new skills, and spending time with friends and family.
