  • My Story

    As a third generation real estate professional, I literally grew up in the business. As a very young child I would go with my dad on Saturday mornings to the office to work with him on the design of development projects and the maintenance of properties managed by my family`s business. This early start gave me a tremendous knowledge of how commercial real estate should operate.

    I took this knowledge with me as I went off to college locally at Gonzaga University. My bachelor`s degree, majoring in economics and minoring in finance, included my pre-licensing education for my Washington real estate sales license. Immediately upon graduation I took and passed my licensure exam and by the following September had my license in both Washington and Idaho.

    For over 20 years I have specialized in the development, management and sales of commercial property, including industrial, retail, hospitality, and multifamily. What started as sweeping parking lots as a kid has now turned into work on multi-million dollar deals. You could say I understand real estate from the ground up!
