    You need a depth of experience and a steady hand during negotiations that can sometimes be stressful. I will guide you through the entire sale process from mutual acceptance, the inspection, title, escrow, financing, and finally to closing. All of which require finesse and knowledge. 

    LEASING

    As a Landlord rep, I will make sure that your property is marketed to the max and work hard to use alternative methods to find a Tenant for your buidling instead of just listing it and waiting for the phone to ring. It's very important to have a Broker that actually answers the phone, returns phone calls and emails. This is something that I find is lacking among other commercial brokers and is very important when you have a potential Tenant interested in your property.

    My Tenant relocation process effectively produces the best outcome for Tenant, no matter what their needs may be.

    I will guide you through the entire process from identifying properties that fit your needs, to negotiating the Letter of Intent, and the lease process through to the Lease execution.
