Michael Swanson has been a Commercial Broker in Washington State since 2000. His diverse experience includes the purchase & sale of land and restaurant buildings, as well as retail lease space in various trade areas in Washington. His client land acquisitions include Industrial property, Fast Food/Retail pads, Apartments & Townhouse developments, Gas/Convenience stores and a Rehab Clinic facility.  

Mr. Swanson's business career has spanned over 40 years with the first 20 years in corporate Business Development and New Client Acquisition/Retention and the last 20 years in commercial real estate. The combination of this background has proven to be pivotal in the discovery, securing & acquisition of multiple property types for a variety of Real Estate developers/investors, owner and operators.
